Please note completion of this form is your request to RETURN your online purchase only. All defective items are replaced by the manufacturer at no charge; glass and parts will be shipped direct to your home please visit Online Part Request Form to begin your online part request. If you have received a damaged item please email orders@lightnleisure.com to coordinate your exchange.

Please complete the form below for all online order returns. All like-new (uninstalled in original packaging) merchandise may be returned for a refund to the original form of payment less our shipping and handling within 30 days of pickup or delivery. All returns must be in as-new condition, properly packaged in original packaging with all parts and manuals also properly packaged in original condition. If a returned item is determined not to be in “like-new” condition, it will be subject to additional fees being deducted from the credit or the credit may be denied completely. Any missing parts or damaged packaging will be subject to a $50 service fee.
