Northeast Lantern’s Lifetime Guarantee
The Northeast Lantern Lifetime Guarantee is a statement of their desire to provide a thoroughly satisfying experience when selecting, purchasing and living with your light fixtures. With the exception of glass, electrical and finish Northeast Lantern products are guaranteed for life.
Northeast Lantern guarantees their lighting fixtures against cracking, breaking or defects in workmanship under normal use for the lifetime of the fixture. With the exceptions listed below, should any fixture fail, please contact your nearest Northeast Lantern Distributor. Northeast Lantern will repair or if needed replace the lighting fixture or components found to be defective free of charge.
Not covered by their guarantee:
- Ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by accident, water damage, flooding, fire explosion, improper installation, alterations or abuse. Steel parts are not guaranteed against rusting.
- Broken Glass
- Exposure to the elements (sun damage, wind, water/moisture) and discoloration or fading over time
- Shipping charges, cost of removal, and re-installation.
Northeast Lantern’s Return Policy:
- Their product is made to order and therefore a minimum 25% restocking fee will be assessed with returns. All returns require a return merchandise authorization number, please contact customer service for further details. No returns will be accepted beyond 30 days of receipt of order.
- Cancellations are not allowed once production has begun on any fixture.
- Verdi Gris finish fixtures and custom fixtures are non-returnable.
- Occasionally fixtures may arrive damaged or with broken glass from the shipping process, all damages must be filed within 30 days of receipt in order for us to process a damage or glass replacement claim.
